User Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE USER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THIS "AGREEMENT" OR THESE "TERMS") GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM OPERATED BY DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, INC. ("DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP," "we," "us," or "our") AND CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

By accessing, using, or registering with the DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP platform (GhanaMule.com) or services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not charge platform usage fees for GhanaMule.com and is not involved in the formation or enforcement of agreements between users of GhanaMule.com. Any transactions, arrangements, or exchanges—whether domestic or international—are conducted solely between users at their own risk. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not process or facilitate payments, resolve disputes, or serve as an intermediary for any form of logistics or financial transaction of users of GhanaMule.com.

Some provisions of these Terms may limit your legal rights, including your right to bring a claim in court or participate in a class action. Please read Section 20 (Limitation of Liability) and Section 17 (Indemnification) carefully. These provisions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and affect your legal rights.

Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights and remedies may apply. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, GhanaMule.com complies with local laws. If you are not legally allowed to use the Platform in your location, you must not use it.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform, GhanaMule.com.

  1. Application of this Agreement

    This Agreement governs your access to and use of the platform, technology, and services (each as defined below) and constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. ("DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation with offices in St. Petersburg, Florida.

    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, regardless of your location or the location of any transaction. The platform provided by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP facilitates introductions and connections between individuals who are seeking to send packages ("Senders" or "Delivery Requesters") and individuals who may be traveling and are open to delivering those packages ("Travelers"), collectively referred to as "Users."

    By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP nor GhanaMule.com:

    All transactions or arrangements between Users occur at their own risk and are made independently of DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

  2. Acceptance of this Agreement

    If you access any part of the DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP's GhanaMule.com platform—including our website, mobile applications, or any software or services we offer (collectively, the "Technology")—or take any action to register an account, create a profile, connect with another User, or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement, including any future modifications published via the platform.

    By using the Services, you confirm that:

    The Services may not be available in all locations and may differ depending on your geographical region or access method. By continuing to use the platform, you accept full responsibility for your interactions with other Users and acknowledge that DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not liable for any delivery issues, losses, miscommunications, or damages that may arise from use of the Services.

  3. Modifications

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement, its policies, or the functionality of its platform at any time. Changes will become effective upon being posted at www.GhanaMule.com/terms or made available through the Technology.

    If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, including via email if you have provided a valid email address. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement regularly. Continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

    If you do not agree to any changes to this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Technology and Services.

  4. Additional Terms and Policies

    By using or accessing the Services, you agree to this Agreement and also acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and handling of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

    You also agree to abide by any additional guidelines, rules, or policies published on our website, GhanaMule.com or through the Services—whether or not they are explicitly referenced in this Agreement.

    From time to time, certain features or tools may be governed by separate terms and conditions specific to those features. To the extent allowed by applicable law, those specific terms are incorporated herein by reference and shall govern your use of the relevant feature.

  5. Rules and Prohibitions

    Without limiting other terms in this Agreement, by accessing or using the Services (whether or not you have created an account), you agree that:

    (a) You will only use the Services for lawful purposes and will not use the Services to send, share, or store illegal content or for any deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

    (b) You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Services, including those relating to data privacy, transport restrictions, prohibited items, and intellectual property.

    (c) You will only access the Services through authorized means. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. is not responsible for your use of incompatible or unauthorized devices or software. We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine your access method is unauthorized or harmful.

    (d) You will not impersonate another person or entity, misrepresent your identity, or falsify information when registering or interacting with other Users.

    (e) You will not use the Services to cause nuisance, inconvenience, harassment, or harm to others.

    (f) You will not use the Services to solicit Users for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted in writing by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

    (g) You will not copy, scrape, or use platform content—including user profiles or communications—for the purpose of building competing services or training any artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning systems without prior written consent.

    (h) You will not copy or distribute the platform's content or materials for republication or commercial use.

    (i) You will not compile or create collections of content from the Services for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial use.

    (j) All information you provide to DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP must be true, current, and complete. You agree to update this information as necessary and to provide identification if reasonably requested.

    (k) You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account access and agree not to share your credentials with others.

    (l) You may not resell or transfer your access to the Services or any part of the platform's technology or content to third parties.

    (m) You will not use the Services in a way that damages or overloads our systems, servers, or networks.

    (n) You will not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems not intended for your use or attempt to breach our security protections.

    (o) You will not probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities or bypass any security measures.

    (p) You will not use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to collect or interact with platform content unless expressly authorized by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

    (q) You will not deep-link to, scrape, or replicate any part of the Services without written permission.

    (r) You will not attempt to extract or compile data systematically from the platform for unauthorized uses.

    (s) You will not engage in behavior that threatens, harasses, or harms other Users, including travelers and senders.

    (t) You will not engage in discrimination, hate speech, or any conduct deemed harmful or inappropriate by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

    (u) You will report any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities you discover, and will not exploit such issues for unauthorized access or benefits.

    (v) You will report any bad actor on the platform, GhanaMule.com so that they can be addressed to safe guard all GhanaMule.com users.

    (w) You will not attempt to manipulate referral, reward, or donation systems in bad faith, including by creating multiple accounts.

    (x) You will only use the Services for your own personal or internal organizational use, consistent with this Agreement.

    (y) DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not a party to any package transfer. You will not falsely claim that items were lost, stolen, undelivered, or damaged. Disputes between Users must be resolved independently between users.

    (z) You agree not to offer or request delivery of items that are illegal, restricted, dangerous, or prohibited in the relevant jurisdiction or by transportation regulations.

    Violations of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent deactivation of your account, as well as legal action or referral to authorities. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP reserves the right to take any lawful action it deems appropriate, with or without notice.

  6. Users Are Independent Parties

    (a) You understand and agree that GhanaMule.com is a neutral technology platform that enables individuals seeking to send packages ("Senders") to connect with individuals who are willing to transport those packages ("Travelers"). DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP and/or GhanaMule.com does not offer, manage, supervise, or fulfill any delivery services and is not a courier, transportation provider, shipping company, customs broker, common carrier, or logistics operator.

    All interactions, agreements, and transactions that arise through use of the Services occur directly and independently between the Users involved. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP and/or GhanaMule.com does not verify or guarantee any User's suitability, reliability, legal compliance, or capability to send or transport any item, nor does DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP inspect or assume responsibility for any items being exchanged.

    Any descriptions, profiles, reviews, schedules, or representations made by Users—whether regarding delivery timing, identification, or the nature of any item—are the sole responsibility of those Users. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP and/or GhanaMule.com does not verify such information, and you acknowledge that your reliance on it is at your own risk.

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP has no ownership interest in any item exchanged through the platform, GhanaMule.com, does not take title to any goods or packages, and does not serve as an agent or intermediary in the transfer or delivery process. You must not attempt to create a lien, charge, encumbrance, or other legal interest in any package handled through the Services.

    (b) DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not act as a party to, or beneficiary of, any arrangement or exchange facilitated between Users. You agree that all legal obligations, liabilities, and disputes related to the transportation of items are solely between the involved Users.

  7. User Account

    To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account on GhanaMule.com. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account, and to promptly update such information as needed.

    You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity. You agree to monitor your account to prevent unauthorized use, including use by minors.

    If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your password has been compromised, you must notify DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. immediately. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP or other Users due to such unauthorized use.

    If DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP reasonably believes that any information you provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated—or that your account has been involved in activity that violates this Agreement—we reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or permanently terminate your account without notice.

    You may not create or use a new account if you have previously been removed or banned from the platform.

    Traveler Identity Submission and Disclaimer

    Individuals who wish to be designated as "Travelers" on the Platform are required to submit a valid government-issued identification document, which may include but is not limited to a passport or driver's license. This process is implemented for the limited purpose of verifying that the individual has submitted appropriate documentation reflecting their identity. Submission of such identification on or through GhanaMule.com does not constitute any form of endorsement, background check, qualification, or representation by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. as to the reliability, character, or suitability of the individual.

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. retains the submitted identification information on GhanaMule.com in secure storage and may disclose such information to regulatory authorities or law enforcement upon lawful request or as otherwise required by applicable law. By completing the Traveler verification process, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

  8. User Content

    (a) General User Content

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. may provide features that allow you to submit or share content through the Services, including—but not limited to—text, messages, photos, reviews, feedback, suggestions, and other materials ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post or transmit such User Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or legal restrictions.

    You agree not to submit any User Content that:

    You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Services, you grant DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP (and our service providers) a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, translate, distribute, and make derivative works from your User Content, including your username or profile information, in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Services. You acknowledge that this license continues even after you close your account or cease using the Services.

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP reserves the right—but does not assume the obligation—to monitor, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at its sole discretion and without notice.

    You understand that we may access or disclose your User Content if required by law or if necessary to protect the rights, safety, and operation of DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, our Users, or the public.

    (b) Feedback

    Any suggestions, ideas, or proposals that you submit to DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP ("Feedback") are considered User Content. You agree that your submission is voluntary, unsolicited, and given without expectation of compensation or confidentiality. You further agree that DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP may use the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose without obligation to you.

    (c) Ratings and Reviews

    If you rate or review other Users of GhanaMule.com (such as Senders or Travelers), such content is considered User Content and is subject to the same terms above. Ratings and reviews are personal opinions and do not represent the views of DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP. We do not verify or endorse any rating or review, and we are not responsible for any harm or loss that may result from them.

  9. Communications with DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP

    By creating an account on GhanaMule.com or using the Services, you agree to receive communications from or on behalf of DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, including via email, text message (SMS or MMS), in-app messaging, push notifications, direct messages, and phone calls. These communications may relate to account management, service updates, system alerts, user verification, support responses, and other interactions related to your use of the platform.

    You understand and agree that some communications may be generated using automated systems, including prerecorded messages or auto-dialers, and that message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity.

    Communications may include:

    You acknowledge that these messages are part of your access to the platform and not considered promotional in nature. Commercial marketing communications, if any, will be clearly marked and will provide an opt-out option.

    Opt-Out Options:

    Email: Click the unsubscribe link in marketing emails. Transactional emails cannot be opted out of without deleting your account.

    Text Messages: Reply "STOP" to any SMS from DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP to unsubscribe. Transactional texts (e.g., verification codes) may not be disabled unless you delete your account.

    Push Notifications: Disable them in your mobile device settings or within the app.

    In-App Messages: Cannot be disabled individually. To stop all communications, you must delete your account.

    If your contact information changes, you agree to update it promptly to avoid misdirected communications.

    You also authorize your wireless provider to disclose information about your mobile account and device to DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP or our third-party service providers as needed to help verify your identity or prevent fraud, solely in connection with your use of the Services. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data and communications.

  10. Electronic Records

    By creating an account with DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. or by using the Services, you consent to the use of electronic records and electronic communications. You agree that any terms, notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications provided by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP electronically—whether via the platform, email, or other electronic means—meet any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

    You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information, including your email address, in your account settings to ensure you can receive such communications.

    To access and retain a copy of this Agreement and other electronic records, you will need:

  11. Intellectual Property Ownership

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. (and its licensors, where applicable) exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Technology and the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer or assign to you any ownership rights in the Technology, Services, or any content or features made available through the platform.

    All trademarks, logos, service marks, branding, and product names used in connection with the Services are the property of DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. or their respective owners. You are not granted any license or right to use them without prior written permission.

    You agree not to remove, modify, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that appear within or are associated with the Technology or Services.

  12. Payment Terms

    (a) Platform Usage and Donations

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. does not charge Users any mandatory fees for use of the platform. The platform is provided free of charge to facilitate peer-to-peer connections between individuals who wish to send or carry packages. Any fees, reimbursements, or financial arrangements related to a delivery are negotiated and agreed upon directly between the participating Users (i.e., Senders and Travelers). DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not a party to these private transactions and does not mediate, process, or guarantee any payments.

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP may offer Users the option to make voluntary financial contributions ("Donations") to support the continued operation of the platform. Donations are not required to access or use any Services and do not entitle Users to preferential treatment or services. Donations, once processed, are final and non-refundable.

    (b) No Responsibility for User-to-User Payments

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not handle, manage, hold, or escrow funds between Users and has no obligation to enforce or monitor any payment agreement made between parties using the platform. You acknowledge that:

    (c) Payment Details for Donations

    If you choose to make a Donation through the platform, you agree to provide accurate and current billing information. Donations are processed by third-party payment processors. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not responsible for delays, declines, or errors caused by those processors.

    By submitting a Donation, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge your designated payment method. If your billing details change, you are responsible for updating your account to prevent failed or incorrect charges.

    (d) Taxes

    You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes that may arise from your use of the platform, including those related to private arrangements you make with other Users. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not calculate, charge, collect, or remit any taxes on behalf of Users.

    (e) Promotional Credits (If Offered)

    From time to time, DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP may offer optional promotional credits or referral bonuses for platform use. These credits:

    These promotional credits, if issued, are for use within the platform and do not substitute for any payments between Senders and Travelers.

  13. Arbitration Agreement

    PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

    This Arbitration Agreement ("Arbitration Clause") applies to any dispute between you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents, arising from or relating to:

    (a) Binding Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP agree to resolve any disputes solely through final and binding individual arbitration. This means:

    Disputes will be handled by a neutral arbitrator and not by a judge or jury. The arbitrator shall have the authority to grant all remedies available in a court of law.

    (b) Informal Resolution First

    Before filing any arbitration claim, you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith. To begin, you must send a written notice to legal@Digital Media Group.com briefly describing the dispute and your requested resolution. We will respond within 30 days and attempt to resolve it via written exchange, phone, or video call. If no resolution is reached within 60 days, either party may initiate arbitration.

    (c) Arbitration Procedures

    Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a reputable arbitration institution mutually agreed upon by the parties. If we cannot agree on a forum, either party may petition a Ghanaian court to appoint an independent arbitrator. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will be conducted in English and seated in Accra, Ghana. Virtual hearings may be used where feasible.

    The arbitrator shall:

    Each party will bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law. Arbitration filing and administration fees will be shared equally unless prohibited by law.

    (e) No Group or Class Arbitration

    You agree that:

    You may opt out of this Arbitration Clause within 30 days of first accepting this Agreement by sending an email to optout@Digital Media Group.com with your full name, username, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out does not affect the rest of the Agreement.

    (g) Severability

    If any portion of this Arbitration Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    (h) Survival

    This Arbitration Agreement shall survive the termination of your relationship with DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP and your use of the Services.

  14. Third-Party Interactions

    (a) Links to Third-Party Content

    Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, or advertisements ("Third-Party Services"). These are provided solely as a convenience. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Third-Party Services, including their content, terms, or data practices. If you choose to access or use any Third-Party Services, you do so entirely at your own risk.

    You acknowledge that you are leaving the DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP platform when clicking on any third-party link and that any transactions, communications, or disputes with such third parties are solely between you and them.

    (b) App Stores and Distribution Platforms

    The availability of our mobile or digital application(s) may depend on third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("App Stores"). You acknowledge that your use of the Services is governed by both this Agreement and the terms of the applicable App Store. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is solely responsible for the application and its content, not the App Store. You agree that App Stores are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.

  15. Age-Restricted Items (Including Alcohol)

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. does not sell, deliver, or handle any age-restricted products, including alcohol, tobacco, or regulated medications. Any such transactions are conducted solely between users or Merchants and Travelers (if applicable), without involvement by DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP.

    Where applicable, Merchants or Travelers may request government-issued identification to verify age before releasing an item. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP merely facilitates optional ID verification tools on the platform but does not guarantee the legality, safety, or completion of any age-restricted transaction.

    If you are a recipient of age-restricted items:

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not responsible for undelivered or improperly delivered items, nor for any misuse of age-restricted products by Users.

  16. Indemnification

    To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc., its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents ("Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control over any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If that occurs, you agree to fully cooperate with our defense of such matter.

    This clause does not require indemnification where the liability arises solely from DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP's own gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

  17. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Your use of the platform and Services is entirely at your own risk. The Services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP makes no representation or guarantee that the platform or Services:

    We do not review or endorse the actions or content of any user, traveler, or merchant on the platform. Any interactions or transactions you enter into through the platform are strictly between you and the relevant third party.

  18. Internet Delays

    You acknowledge that the platform and Services may be subject to limitations, interruptions, or delays associated with internet use and digital communications. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, technical malfunctions, or other issues resulting from such causes, including without limitation those related to your device, network, browser, or service provider.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP disclaims all responsibility for losses, damages, or injuries resulting from such disruptions.

  19. Limitation of Liability

    This Section applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

    (a) General Limitation

    To keep the Services free and operational, you agree that:

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP merely provides a platform that connects users. DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP does not verify, supervise, manage, or guarantee any shipments, interactions, or payments between users, nor does it intervene in any disputes. All transactions and communications occur entirely at your own risk.

    You understand and agree that DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP is not liable for any behavior, misrepresentation, negligence, fraud, or illegal activity by other users of the platform.

  20. Termination

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to any part of the platform or Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, or behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to other users or the platform.

    Termination may result from:

    In serious cases, DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP may pursue additional legal remedies, including reporting to appropriate authorities or seeking injunctive relief.

  21. Copyright Infringement Claims

    DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws in other jurisdictions.

    If you believe that content posted on or through the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our Copyright Agent that includes:

    If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, their access may be suspended or terminated.

  22. USER Marketing Text Messages (Global Users)

  23. General Terms

    (a) No Agency or Employment Relationship.
    Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to establish any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. or between you and any other User. You act on your own behalf and at your own risk in all activities on the platform.

    (b) Governing Law.
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. is legally registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction's laws unless otherwise required under applicable mandatory USER protection laws in your location.

    (c) Severability.
    If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

    (d) USER Complaints.
    If you have concerns or complaints about the Services, please contact our Support Team or email us at [insert support email]. If local laws provide you with additional rights (such as formal complaint procedures), you may pursue those avenues as well.

    (e) App Store Terms (if applicable).

    This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between you and DIGITAL MEDIA GROUP, Inc. regarding your use of the Services. It supersedes all prior communications or agreements on this subject matter, unless otherwise stated.
